As of January 1st 2023 all e liquid products will require the Federal Excise Vaping Tax. The taxation will be automatically applied to your cart at checkout as a seperate product, for all products that apply to meet government regulations.

Proof of Age Required
Every package from VapeMeet is shipped with Proof of Age (19+), without exception as required by Canadian law. This means that any package you receive must be signed for, by the purchaser of the order, and only after the Courier verifies your age via your valid, government-issued photo I.D.
We will only ship to the address and name specified on your account. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incomplete or inaccurate name or address it will not be re-shipped. If your package is returned to us, you must make the necessary changes to your account information and pay for re-shipment.
Please note, that in an effort to prevent credit card fraud, and to protect your identity, orders placed with different billing and shipping information may need additional confirmation before fulfillment. This confirmation may be required in the form of additional credit card verification, valid photo ID and/or a phone call from our staff.
VapeMeet reserves the right to refuse shipping an order, for any reason.
Free Shipping (Canada)
VapeMeet offers free shipping to all Canadian destinations on orders totalling $35.00 or more (before taxes). All Canadian shipments come with tracking and are insured for $100.00 by default.
Our Couriers - Domestic
VapeMeet utilizes live shipping rates, provided directly from Canada Post and Canpar to offer the best shipping prices available. They are displayed during checkout. The delivery estimates provided are set by the courier and are not guaranteed.
If you are not present when delivery is attempted, or do not have your I.D., the package will be transferred to the nearest pickup facility. You will need to be present, with your I.D. to pick up the package should it be transferred to a pickup facility.
Our Couriers – Local Same Day Delivery
VapeMeet is proud to offer our very own Same Day Courier Service to limited postal areas in Ontario. This option will be available in the shipping options during checkout if your postal code is in our delivery area. The service fee for our Same Day Delivery is $8.00, but is also available as a part of our Free Shipping options when spending over $35.00 (before taxes) on your order.
Orders placed (excluding weekends & holidays) before 12:00PM will be packaged, shipped, and delivered the same day between 1:00PM-12:00AM (Midnight). Orders placed after 12:00PM will be delivered the following business day.
If you are ordering for the first time with us, VapeMeet requires proof of I.D. before we can process your order. Please send proof of I.D. (valid drivers license, passport) to email@example.com for our team to verify your account. If I.D. is not provided by 12:00PM your order will be held until your account has been verified.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification that your package is with a courier. You will receive a text notification later that day when the courier is in your area (approximately 20 minutes before delivery). The text will provide an estimated delivery time and live tracking so you can follow our couriers turn by turn.
Our Couriers - International
For international packages, to avoid package seizures VapeMeet has suspended all shipments outside of Canada until further notice.
Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. are typically shipped the same business day, though exceptions may apply based on stock levels or order details. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your order is fulfilled, only the transit times once it leaves our facility, as quoted by the courier.
When your order has been processed by our team, you will receive a tracking notification email. All Canadian shipments include tracking numbers generated by the courier when we register your shipment during order processing.
International customers can track their packages using the chosen courier companies tracking page. Though International tracking is usually available, VapeMeet cannot guarantee that it will be for all countries, at all times.

Order Changes and Cancelations
Changes/Cancellations to your order may only be made before a tracking number has been generated for your order. Any alterations requested after the tracking number has been generated will not be made.
If you would like to make any alterations to your order please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our representatives will assist you further.
Couriers will not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.
It is your responsibility to make arrangements for delivery, if you do not anticipate being present for the delivery. VapeMeet Inc. is not responsible for the cost of any lost, stolen or undeliverable shipments that may result from being absent or without I.D.
Any orders returned to us, will be refunded minus shipping costs less an additional 10% restocking fee. Orders will not be reshipped unless a new shipping fee is paid by the customer. Returned orders that qualified for free shipping are subject to a new shipping fee paid by the customer.
For any delayed in transit packages, VapeMeet is not able to provide any further information than is what available on the couriers tracking page. For further updates or inquiries about your delivery customers are required to contact the courier directly for more details.
VapeMeet will not re-ship any packages that are delayed in-transit.
Every package shipped from VapeMeet is insured up to $100.00 through Canada Post. Lost, stolen or damaged shipments are the responsibility of the courier once they leave our facility. Please report any lost, stolen or damaged shipments to us so that we can open a support ticket with the courier on your behalf.
