VapeMeet Shipping Policy

At VapeMeet, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience by delivering your favorite vape products right to your doorstep. Whether you’re shopping for same-day delivery or across Canada, our shipping policy is designed with your convenience in mind. Please read the following details carefully to understand our updated shipping terms and conditions.

Proof of Age Required

As per Canadian law, every VapeMeet package is shipped with Proof of Age (19+). This means the purchaser must sign for the package, and valid government-issued photo ID is required upon delivery.

Address Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped only to the address and name provided at checkout.

  • If a shipment is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information, it will not be automatically re-shipped. Customers must update their account details and pay the associated re-shipping fee.

  • Orders with differing billing and shipping addresses may require additional verification (e.g., photo ID, credit card confirmation) before fulfillment.

VapeMeet reserves the right to refuse shipping any order at our discretion.

Shipping Methods and Couriers

  • Domestic Shipping: We utilize live shipping rates from Canada Post, Canpar, and Purolator to ensure competitive pricing. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Local Same-Day Delivery (GTA): Available for eligible postal codes. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be delivered the same day between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day.

    • Same-day delivery incurs a fee of $8, which is waived for orders over $50 (before taxes).

    • First-time customers must provide valid ID before order processing. ID verification delays may affect delivery timelines.

    • You will receive email and text notifications for tracking and delivery updates, including a 20-minute delivery window notification.

Free Shipping Policy

  • Greater Toronto Area (GTA): Free same-day delivery is available on orders over $50 (before taxes).

  • Ontario (outside the GTA): Free standard shipping is available on orders over $80 (before taxes).

  • Other Canadian Provinces: Free standard shipping is available on orders over $100 (before taxes).

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed and shipped on the same business day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the following business day.

Order Tracking

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes or cancellations can only be made before a tracking number is generated. Once generated, no alterations can be accommodated.

  • To request changes, contact us at vapeshop@vapemeet.ca.

Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring availability during delivery. Packages requiring ID that are undeliverable will be sent to the nearest pickup facility.

  • VapeMeet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages due to absence or lack of ID. Returned packages will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

  • Free shipping on returned orders is void; customers must pay for re-shipment.

For delayed packages, please contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided.

Insurance

All shipments are insured up to $100. VapeMeet is not responsible for damages, losses, or theft after a package leaves our facility. Customers should report such issues to us immediately so we can assist in filing a claim with the courier.

Excluded Areas

Certain shipping zones are unavailable due to shipping restrictions, tariffs, duties or legal restrictions as outlined by your province/state or country:

  • International (outside Canada)
  • Quebec
  • Yukon
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nunavut
