If you're not happy with your purchase from our vape shop, you can return it within 30 days - as long as it's unused and still sealed in its original manufacturer's packaging. Just make sure you have a physical copy of your receipt. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on e-liquid, drip tips or clearance items. And herbal vaporizers are final sale - so no returns or exchanges once they've been opened or used. The government recently implemented an excise tax on all vape and e liquid products. The price for e-liquid is $1.00 per 2 mL, up to 10 mL per sealed container. For every extra 10 mL over the first 10 mL in the same container, the price is also $1.00, regardless of whether the container is disposable or refillable or has zero nicotine traces. Such measures are designed to reduce public health risks associated with traditional cigarettes, vape and e-liquids.

The Federal Government of Canada has implemented an excise tax on disposable vapes and e-liquids produced and sold within the country. Anyone who makes or sells these products must pay this tax. This includes companies that buy, sell, distribute, and market disposable vaping products. The tax aims to reduce the number of disposable vape users and generate funds for public health initiatives. The vaping regulations also impact the vape market, prompting businesses to ensure tax compliance while addressing consumer behaviour and environmental concerns. These measures support public health funding and aim to influence vaping habits across the country.

All vape and e-juice products manufactured before Oct 1st, 2022, are exempt from this tax until January 1st, 2023.
