Shipping Information

Every shipment from VapeMeet is shipped with Canada Post's Proof of Age (19+) option, without exception. This means that any package you receive must be signed for, by the purchaser of the order, and only after the Canada Post employee verifies your age via your valid, government-issued photo I.D..

If you are not present when delivery is attempted, or do not have your I.D., the package will be transferred to the nearest post office or Canada Post fulfillment center. You will need to be present, with your I.D. to pick up the package should it be transferred.

We will only ship to the address specified on your account, and only to the name specified on the account. If a shipment is returned to us because of an incomplete or inaccurate name or address it will not be re-shipped. If your package is returned to us, you must make the necessary changes to your account information and pay for re-shipment. 

It is your responsibility to make arrangements for delivery fulfillment if you do not anticipate being present for the delivery. VapeMeet Inc. is not responsible for the cost of any lost, stolen or deliverable shipments that may result from being absent or without I.D. Orders returned to us, because I.D. could not be checked or verified, will be refunded (minus shipping costs and an additional 10% restocking fee) and will not be reshipped

VapeMeet ships online orders via Canada Post and offers the various shipping options they provide. Orders placed before 2:00 p.m. are typically shipped the same day, though exceptions may apply based on stock levels or other details. The shipping method you choose does not affect how quickly your order is fulfilled, only the transit times once it leaves our facility, as quoted by Canada Post.

Our shipping rates are displayed for confirmation during checkout. Canada Post Expedited and XpressPost options are available for most orders within Canada at a rate of $10.00 and $15.00 respectively. If you choose in-store pick-up for your order, it will not be shipped, but delivered to and stored at the VapeMeet retail location of your choice for a period of ten (10) days without payment, or 30 days if payment has been received unless you make specific arrangements with our shipping department ahead of time.

Please note, that in an effort to prevent credit card fraud, and to protect your identity, orders placed with different billing and shipping information may need additional confirmation before fulfillment. This confirmation may be required in the form of additional credit card verification, valid photo ID and/or a phone call from our staff.

VapeMeet reserves the right to refuse shipping an order, for any reason.

Free Shipping

VapeMeet offers free shipping to all Canadian destinations totaling $100.00 or more (before taxes). All Canadian shipments come with tracking (as do most international shipments) and are insured for $100.00 by default.

 

Tracking

All Canadian shipments include Canada Post tracking. Tracking numbers are generated by Canada Post when we register your shipment during order processing. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to the email address on your account.

International customers can usually track their packages using their national postal service if a tracking number is available. Though International tracking is usually available, VapeMeet cannot guarantee that it will be for all countries, at all times.

 

Insurance

Every package shipped from VapeMeet is insured up to $100.00 through Canada Post. Lost, stolen or damaged shipments are the responsibility of Canada Post once whey leave our facility. Please report any lost, stolen or damaged shipments to us so that we can open a support ticket with Canada Post on your behalf.

 

International Orders

International orders are shipped via Canada Post, with tracking where available. Please use your National Postal service’s tracking services to track your order outside of Canada if we provide you with a tracking number
